Breath Through it.

For many people this might sound like common sense, but for me it is a lesson I am constantly having to learn.

When you feel a sense of complete sense of defeat and frustration, I implore you, STOP! Take a few deep breaths, walk away if you have to but do not allow yourself the release of anger or rage.

It can only leave destruction in its wake.

And getting angry will not and cannot change the thing that cause caused this feeling to arise. Breath through it. Save yourself the heart ache. Because only then can the feelings start to dissipate, and growth is possible.
